Careers with Graber Manufacturing - Saw Operator/Metal Fabricator

 

Reports to: Manufacturing Manager

Status: Full-time

Paid: Hourly

Primary Purpose:
We have immediate openings on 1st shift (M-F 6:30am-3pm) and 2nd shift (M-TH 3pm-1:30am) for new team members in our Fabrication department with future opportunities to learn new manufacturing skills in other work areas

 

 

• Must be able to read / interpret blueprints
• Familiar with measuring tools using fractions and decimals
• Be detail oriented
• Be able to identify different types of materials
• Basic knowledge of Marvel automatic saws
• Must have basic knowledge of Unipunch System
• General knowledge of break press operation
• General knowledge of iron-worker type equipment
• The above skills are not all required. Graber Mfg. is willing to train to suit our needs

 

Physical requirements:

• The ability to move freely with sufficient reflexes to use hands and power tools to complete the tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform the same task repeatedly.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
